Who doesn’t love the festive season? Well, Models Direct certainly does! It brings tremendous joy in the bitter cold season and really helps to warm the heart with festive cheer!

Many of our Models Direct clients come to us either before the winter season or during the plummeting temperatures. Some might even approach us well in advance. No matter when it is, one thing we can vouch for is that our brands love casting real-life families for holiday campaigns. Why? Because Christmas is all about family. Its celebrations are the best to encourage families to simply get together.
Our modelling agency has seen lots of family festive photo shoots take place, and these aren’t manufactured families. They really are all related. If you have a family, no matter how small or how big, you all get along and bounce off of each other, and you’re looking to do something different other than going out or staying indoors and chilling, then family modelling could be the next thing for you to try out.
If you’re thinking about trying it out, you don’t need to worry about:
Your family formation
Your ages
Your genders
Your previous modelling experience
Your body sizes
Your ethnicities
Models Direct welcomes all families. We just ask that you’re:
All on board with modelling, and everyone registered is happy to go ahead. (We never want any of our models to feel pressured into doing something that they’re not interested in.)
As for the families we’ve had get booked with clients, there’s been an assortment of brands over the festive season. Some brands have included:
Say it with Diamonds
Sky
TfL
We’ve had mother, daughter, and grandmother models come forth for Say It with Diamonds. Dad and son duos and even the whole family, including pets! Brands choose to go with real-life families as they are:
Relatable
Bond together naturally
Communicate organically
We’ve got some great reviews directly from models who’ve been in Christmas campaigns throughout the year.

First up, Halm (TFDF-8898) expresses their experience on set:
“It was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience with MD, even if it was a bit surreal getting into the festive spirit in the middle of June! It was my first time working on a campaign like this, and I found the whole process really engaging. I especially appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere on set, meeting and connecting with new people, and I even got the chance to step in as an extra for a Christmas family scene, which was a fun surprise.”
Date of experience: 10 June 2025

The Burton Family teamed up with TfL for not just a festive vibe but an Easter theme too. Take a look at their review:
“Dan and Jack really enjoyed the photo shoot today. They got to wear lots of different outfits, from Christmas jumpers to Easter attire to summer casual clothes. The team was really friendly and easy to work with. Lots of giggles along the way. Thanks, Models Direct, for another opportunity to earn money and have lots of fun at the same time. Kind regards, Burton family.”
